About Us
Following 10 years of experience within the
residential letting sector & dozens of tenancy agreements down the line,
the perfect transitional platform was created by the launch of N.S.A Ltd.
Most of our previous tenants arrived to West Berks area for the first
time, in the vast majority of the cases by securing an employment contract
prior to their arrival.
During the last decade, our furnished & equipped properties were available
locally via the conventional A.S.T (Assured Tenancy Agreement) and mostly
catered to professionals relocating within the U.K as well as from
overseas.
More of late, an increasing trend has developed of tenants who prefer the
more demanding accommodation package, mostly arriving from overseas, after
initially staying at hotels or by making other short-term arrangement,
later seeking a more structured accommodation locally.
We have found it a rewarding challenge to create the necessary home
comfort, often, we endeavour and provide additional household items also
try to create a suitable ambience in order to ensure a stress- less stay,
home from home for our tenants.
We are now able to offer an additional alternative, by providing a
luxurious accommodation for professional personnel with added services &
flexibility, whether it is for a single week or for few months stay.
Our previous experience paved the way for us, to bring about the creation
