Why a serviced apartment?

Serviced apartments are the most cost effective, logical home from home solution whether it is a long term or short stay in Newbury, with most of the benefits provided by any hotel. The apartments combine the flexibility of self-contained accommodation, including fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, spacious reception rooms for entertaining & comfortable furnishing. All apartments offer a complete media-pack consisting with fast Wi broadband internet connection, full SKY TV Package & Audio system.

Who would benefit from a serviced apartment?

Newbury Serviced Apartments Ltd is able to provide an alternative to hotel accommodation solutions at the Newbury area for the following:

  • Individual professionals on business trips
  • Relocation agents, seeking to house clients locally
  • Corporation companies seeking to house Staff /employees short or longer term
  • Flexible accommodation in Newbury Area, for private individuals seeking temporary accommodation between moving house
  • We also happy to cater for the leisure travellers, who are on vacation in Newbury or visiting relative or friends in Newbury Area and may only require a few nights accommodation at any one time

Why do you not show specific apartment rates?

The reason we do not quote specific prices, is because apartment rates can vary tremendously, depending on certain factors. e.g. month of stay (whether it is high or low season), length of stay, and service levels available or required – all have a bearing on the price. Remember, we will always get you the most competitive rates available, which we guarantee will be cheaper than going to the properties directly.

Is there a minimum reservation period?

Most of the serviced apartments we represent are available on a nightly basis. However, some require a minimum stay of 1 week

How do I make a reservation?

Do you have a cancellation policy?

All the serviced apartment providers have their own individual cancellation policies. The cancellation, or notice period, vary from 24 hours up to 4 weeks. We will however make you aware of the exact cancellation period specific to each individual apartment, prior to your booking.

What regular services do you provide?

Newbury Serviced Apartments Ltd providing a quality regular once weekly cleaning service including linen & towels change, the service inclusive of topping-up & replenish a selected essential consumables at all apartment, as complimentary service without additional charge.

What is your Check-in /Check Out Policy?

Newbury Serviced Apartments Ltd will greet every guest(s) upon arrival, we would be happy to attend at early morning / late hours check in process, providing it has been arranged in advance

Please be aware that all Check-Out expected to take place before 11.00 AM this is to ensure the cleaning & linen service in not affected by late departure, we will advise leaving guests on any additional costs incurred as a result of late Check-In.

Do you adopt Non-Smoking Policy?

Strictly without exception, smoking from open windows & balconies are strictly forbidden.
